The automated emailing feature of CCS determines when a student's certification is set to expire and sends a courtesy reminder email to that student 90 days prior to their certificate's expiration date. Follow-up emails will also be sent at 60 and 30 days prior to expiration dates because we do realize that with the busy schedules that each of us lead today, it is easy to forget to take action.
