Our approach to meet ASTM (1527-00, standard practice for Environmental Site Assessment) guidelines exceeds expectations. For example, we may integrate non-ASTM guidelines to meet the requirements of Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac or HUD and HUD Mark-to-Market.

Environmental Site Assessments for property transfers have been used to establish an “innocent landowner defense” for property owners and lending institutions (ASTM, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, Standard and Poor's, and HUD). The information contained in an ESA report pertains to environmental hazards commonly found at properties, like underground storage tanks, asbestos, radon gas, or lead-based paint from pre-1978 construction.
