Environmental Site Assessment

CONNOR adds value to the stakeholder in the reporting process, delivering a clear and concise report that assures the accuracy and quality of the data. Our approach to meet ASTM (1527-00, standard practice for Environmental Site Assessment) guidelines exceeds expectations. For example, we may integrate non-ASTM guidelines to meet the requirements of Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac or HUD and HUD Mark-to-Market.

Our staff has extensive experience in developing and implementing client-specific scope of work and reporting format. We work diligently to close out all issues and present well written, customer focused opinions of the recognized environmental conditions of the property.

Environmental Site Assessments for property transfers have been used to establish an “innocent landowner defense” for property owners and lending institutions (ASTM, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, Standard and Poor's, and HUD). The information contained in an ESA report pertains to environmental hazards commonly found at properties, like underground storage tanks, asbestos, radon gas, or lead-based paint from pre-1978 construction.

CONNOR’s Environmental Site Assessment additional services include:

  • Transactional Environmental Screening
  • HUD 4128 Reports
  • Lead Paint Surveys
  • Asbestos Surveys
  • Radon Testing
